Colette, we don’t prescribe anchor days at company level either and let teams decide themselves like you. However we do have a Global call on a Monday, and many teams set their Team meetings on a Monday – hence we heavily encourage people to come in Mondays and most do. For smaller headcount companies I would recommend anchor dates for that sense…Read More
